Abigail Luca is a rising Senior at Syracuse University dual-studying Magazine, News, Digital Journalism at the S.I Newhouse School of Communications and Creative Writing at the College of Arts and Sciences. With ambitions to become a service journalist in New York City, she also hopes publish creative works. Abigail plans to bring a genuinely raw and unfiltered voice to the future of journalism.

 

She is a leader involved in various organizations within SU, such as University Girl Magazine as Managing Copy Editor, The NewsHouse as Life and Style Lead Producer, Zeta Phi Eta Academic Fraternity, Syracuse University’s Stevenson Educational Center Program and more!

 

It may be unreasonable and unwise to be fully convinced you know exactly what you want to do for the rest of your life while navigating college. But, I truly can say with an immense amount of confidence that I was meant to write. I have never felt more at home within myself than I do when I am writing. I hope that you, too, feel a sense of blanketed comfort by what I have to say and how open I intend to be.
